Orders and Shipping


Modifying an order is only possible if the purchase has not yet dispatched or shipped. Please email us immediately at support@honayst.com

Reasons may include, our inability to process payment information and our inability to ship to address provided, among others. In any case, you will be informed by email if an issue occurs or the order was rejected/cancelled. Please note that you will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Currently, Honayst ships to the United States and Canada only. Honayst will be available in the European Union and the UK from October 2020.

You could track the shipment by clicking the tracking number from the confirmation email you received or contact our Honayst Skincare Concierge for assistance.

If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping courier and you received a confirmation email but find that it is missing, please send an email to support@honayst.com with your order number.

Please note that we must receive this inquiry within 2-3 days from the day your order is marked as delivered. If we receive your inquiry regarding the missing order after this timeframe, the carrier will investigate, and order replacement will only be granted if the order is confirmed missing by the carrier.

Unfortunately, we only deliver order(s) to a physical address at this time.

Yes, recipient of the parcel will be responsible for the Custom fees and duties, it is determined and imposed by the government and you are required to pay in accordance with the law of your country. You will receive a customs documentation from the logistics company via email with an invoice.

You may select a shipping address from your address book or enter a new one and check “ship to this address”. Add a personal message in the order section.

Due to how orders are processed, we unfortunately do not support shipping to multiple addresses at this time. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place the orders separately.

If all the information entered is correct and you are still unable to complete the checkout process, it may be due to technical difficulties. Please contact the Honayst Skincare Concierge at support@honayst.com.

Returns and Payments


At Honayst, we take pride in our skincare and wholeheartedly believe in 100% satisfaction regarding the optimal quality of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, received the product damaged, or simply had a change of heart, the item(s) can be returned and accepted for a full refund conceding that the product have not been used.

You may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Only item(s) purchased from honayst.com may be accepted for a return. For item(s) purchased with authorized retailers please refer to their return policy.

Please refer to the return policy section on the Honayst website. Click on the order number in the order confirmation email you received, complete all necessary fields required, and then submit.

In the case where product is damaged, please email a photograph along with return request to support@honayst.com. You will need to fill out the required fields on the return tab and attach a photo of the product.

You will receive an email once the return items have been received. Once the return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase apart from Standard Shipping are non-refundable with the exception of returning an order as a result of an error from Honayst’s side.

If the item is broken or damaged in transit, customers may contact the Honayst Skincare Concierge by emailing us at support@honayst.com with a brief description and photo of the damaged product within 7 days from the delivery of your order. Please return the damaged product to Honayst. Once we receive the return, we will process the replacement, and shipping charges will be reimbursed. The same return procedure still applies. Please refer to our return policy.

If you received a gift with purchase, you must ONLY return the items purchased for your refund to be processed.

If you are exchanging a purchase received as a gift, you may contact the Honayst Skincare Concierge directly and provide the product name and order number

Please follow the return policy guidelines and attach a photograph of the product. Our Honayst Skincare Concierge will send you a return shipping label. Once the item(s) is received and inspected, you will receive an email with a unique code that can be used for your new purchase. The code is a onetime use and only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All exchanges must be equal or higher value.

No, Honayst is a cruelty-free company and we do not carry out any kind of animal testing to analyze our products nor do we include any ingredients from animal origin.

We have formulated our products with careful consideration, excluding ingredients that could potentially irritate the skin or have questionable safety profiles. All of our formulas are free of parabens, silicones, mineral oil, phthalates, petrolatum, formaldehyde, cocamide DEA, propylene glycol, triclosan, myristyl myristate, GMOs, nitrates, artificial colorants, synthetic fragrances, paraffin, alcohol, ingredients of animal origin, and EDTA.

Our products contain characteristic fragrances of ingredients. For example, Skin Glowing and Refining Mud Mask contains oil derived from the flowers of Neroli, and thus the mask has the characteristic frangrance of Neroli flowers.
